1. Information We Collect

Our application, Telegram Instant Order & Low-Stock Alerts (the "App"), is designed to respect your privacy. We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our service:

• Shopify Store ID & Domain: To identify your account and verify your subscription.
• Telegram Bot Token & Chat ID: Provided by you, strictly used to deliver notifications directly to your device.

We do not store, process, or sell your customers' personal data, payment information, or any other sensitive store data. Order and inventory data are processed temporarily in memory to format the notification and are immediately discarded.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Send you automated messages regarding new orders and low-stock alerts.
• Authenticate your access to the App within the Shopify Admin.
• Manage billing via Shopify's Billing API.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and sent directly to the Telegram API.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your settings as long as the App is installed on your store. Upon uninstallation, and upon receiving the mandatory Shopify GDPR `shop/redact` webhook, we automatically and permanently delete all your store data, Telegram tokens, and Chat IDs from our database within 48 hours.
